A stay has two sides. We build for both.
For guests
A web app that opens from a QR code or a check-in link — either is fine, and there is nothing to download. Pre-check-in, one chat conversation for the whole stay, service requests, a digital guidebook, and a local guide.
For teams
One console for requests, reservations, guests, and housekeeping, with a built-in team chat. The people doing the work deserve good software too.
Three languages, throughout
Stayflow ships in English, French, and Spanish — the guest app, the console, and this site. We work in Québec City, where switching languages mid-sentence is ordinary. Software for travellers should do the same.
Data, handled plainly
Stayflow is built for GDPR and Québec's Law 25. Guests pay on Stripe's own payment pages, so card numbers never touch Stayflow. And there are no advertising trackers — not on this site, not in the console, not in the guest app.

Does Stayflow replace my PMS?
No. Your PMS keeps owning availability and billing. Stayflow connects to it — Mews and Cloudbeds — and handles the guest side of the stay.
What does Stayflow cost?
Stayflow is priced on what you actually run — properties by the room, short-term rentals by the listing. The number is settled with you on a short call, and nothing is charged before you have agreed to it.
