Payments on Stripe's pages, not ours
When a guest pays — an in-stay order, or a folio balance at checkout — card entry happens on Stripe's own pages. Stayflow stores the transaction reference and the amount, never the card number.
A travel eSIM offer, built in
The guest app can show a travel eSIM offer. Nothing about the guest ever reaches the partner — not a name, not an email, nothing. Properties with white-label can switch it off along with other platform promos.
Questions, answered.
Can Stayflow double-book a room?
No. Stayflow can't double-book — availability lives only in your PMS. Nothing Stayflow does can put a room up for sale or take one off.
Can guests unlock doors through Stayflow?
No — and that's deliberate. Your lock system stays in charge of who gets in. Stayflow shows staff the latest locked or unlocked state of each door, refreshed every few minutes, right on the room page.
My PMS isn't Mews or Cloudbeds. Can I still use Stayflow?
Yes. A PMS connection is optional — reservations can be created directly in the console or imported from a CSV file. The marketplace also takes interest requests for other systems, and those requests shape what we connect next.
Who holds the PMS credentials?
The property does. Each property connects its own PMS account with its own credentials — connections are per property, never platform-wide.
