Questions?
Write to us.
A person reads every message and answers by email. Whether your hotel runs on Stayflow or is still deciding.
How to reach us.
Email info@stayflow.com. Tell us the property’s name, what you were doing, and what you saw. A screenshot helps.
Never send passwords, access tokens or a guest’s ID by email. We will never ask for them.
For general questions about Stayflow, Adam, the assistant on this site, can also help.
Questions about Mews.
How do we connect Mews?
Our Mews certification is in progress. Once it is complete, turn on Stayflow in Mews Marketplace: your property then appears on the Integrations page of the Stayflow console, ready to connect in one click. You can also paste your Mews access token there.
What does Stayflow read from Mews?
Committed reservations (confirmed, checked in, checked out and canceled), each guest’s name, email, phone and language, and your rooms and room types. Stayflow never changes your rates, availability or restrictions.
Does Stayflow write anything to Mews?
Only what you turn on. Two settings, both off until you choose: mirror check-in and check-out to the Mews reservation, and post guest orders and payments to the guest’s Mews bill, with your own products and tax codes.
A sync failed. What should we do?
In the console, open Settings, then Integrations, then Mews. It shows the last sync and the message Mews returned. Try Sync now. If it shows Paused, Stayflow was turned off for your property in Mews: turn it back on in Mews Marketplace and syncing resumes by itself. If it keeps failing, email us the property’s name and that message.
We removed Stayflow in Mews. What happens?
Syncing stops and the stored Mews access is deleted. Reservations already in Stayflow stay there. Turn Stayflow on again in Mews to reconnect.
