Do I have to change my PMS?

No. Rates, availability and billing stay in your PMS; Stayflow only reads reservations. Our Mews certification is in progress: Mews hotels can begin now with their bookings imported from Mews, then connect once it is complete. Start with one property.

How do guests get the link?

Stayflow sends it by email or text before arrival. No app, no account.

Can guests charge extras to their room?

Extras can go on the guest’s tab in Stayflow; your team settles them at check-out.
