Guest experience
The whole stay, from one link
Stayflow's guest app is a web app — nothing to download, nothing to install. It opens from a QR code or a check-in link and carries the stay end to end: pre-check-in, Wi-Fi and guide, requests, chat, ordering, and a live map of the neighbourhood. In English, French, and Spanish.
Check-in starts before arrival
The first thing a guest touches is a link. Behind it, a short pre-check-in — so the welcome is a welcome, not a form.
- Pre-check-in
- Details, party size, trip purpose, and preferences, completed before the guest arrives. You know who is coming.
- Verified ID, if you want it
- Optional, per property: guests photograph the front and back of an ID, take a selfie, and sign the registration electronically. The stay stays locked until it's submitted — or, stricter still, until your staff approve it.
- Documents treated like documents
- ID photos and signatures live in private storage. Access is brief, and every view leaves a permanent record.
- No passwords
- Guests sign in through a single-use magic link. Switching phones? A scan of the QR in the room plus a one-time code sent to the guest moves the stay to the new device.

My Stay answers the usual questions
Wi-Fi, directions, house rules, today's weather — there before anyone has to ask.
- Wi-Fi in one tap
- The password copies to the clipboard with a single tap. Nothing to retype.
- The guide
- Check-in and check-out times, house rules, amenities, directions, your social links, tap-to-call — and the weather for the day.
- Still there offline
- The guide is saved to the device itself, so it opens with no signal at all.

One conversation per stay
Guests write wherever they like. Your team reads one thread.
- Four channels, one thread
- In-app chat, email, SMS, and WhatsApp are the same conversation. A guest who never opens the app is still one thread on your side.
- Requests that show, not tell
- A dripping tap is easier to photograph than to describe. Every service request can carry a photo.
- An outbox for dead zones
- Requests and messages written offline queue on the device and send themselves when the signal comes back.
- Notifications that know when to stop
- Push is opt-in and scoped to the reservation. When the stay ends, the notifications end.

Ordering, paid on Stripe
Breakfast, the spa, a bottle for the terrace — sold in the app, with scheduled delivery.
À la carte
Your catalogue in sections, with quantities, notes, and scheduled delivery slots — always shown in the property's timezone.
Cards never touch Stayflow
Payment happens on Stripe's own checkout pages. Stayflow keeps the transaction reference and the amount — never the card number.
Before the stay begins
Mark an item pre-arrival and ordering opens before check-in.
QR pages for your places
The restaurant, the bar, the pool — each gets its own QR page. Anyone orders with a name and room number, or pays by card — either is fine. No account, no login.
Stayflow AI
Discover: the neighbourhood, on a live map
Explore sits on a live map guests already know, with suggestions shaped to the guest.
- Build my day
- The guest types a wish — “coffee, a bookshop, something green” — and Stayflow AI builds the day's itinerary around it. The wish actually steers the plan.
- Legs that say when to leave
- Each stop knows whether the guest walks, drives, or takes transit — and when to leave for the next one.
- Share the plan
- Plans work offline and share by link, with personal details stripped. Shared links expire after the stay.
- Quiet about the guest
- AI suggestions are opt-in per property — nothing turns on without you. Stayflow AI never learns who the guest is: suggestions are shaped without a name, an email, or a stored location.

The exit, without the queue
Departure is a screen, not a line at the desk.
Express self-checkout
Guests check out from the phone. If money is owed, the folio settles on Stripe; if not, there is nothing to pay.
Late checkout, one tap
A late-checkout request goes straight to your team.
The review moment
A rating step catches how the stay felt and routes happy guests to your public review page.
A tidy handover
Checkout marks the room for housekeeping, and guest access winds down after a grace period you choose — long enough to pull up a receipt or a photo, and then the stay closes behind them.
Questions, answered.
Do guests need to download anything?
No. The guest app is a web app. It opens from a QR code or a check-in link in the browser the guest already has — nothing from an app store.
What if a guest never opens the app?
The conversation still works. Chat runs over email, SMS, and WhatsApp as one thread per stay, so a guest who only ever texts is still a single conversation for your team.
How do guests pay?
On Stripe's own payment pages. Stayflow stores the transaction reference and the amount — never the card number.
Which languages does the guest app speak?
English, French, and Spanish — the whole app, from guide to chat to requests, not just the welcome screen.
